- Oil mist is formed: During machining, coolant is sprayed. Fine oil droplets, smoke and micro-particles fill the machine and escape into the workshop.
- Extracting directly at the machine: The separator sits on top of the machine. It extracts the oil mist from the working area before it reaches the workshop.
- Oil and air are separated: Inside the separator, a stack of discs spins very fast. The oil droplets are thrown against the wall and run down.
- Clean air, oil returned: The cleaned air flows out at the top. The separated oil flows back into the machine through the return line. Pictured: 3nine VERA 500 from the APEX series.

Clean air at every machine.
The patented disc separation from 3nine separates the mist from the air directly at its source.
- Cutting sheet metal to size: The professional sheet metal shears cut the sheet to size. Straight and curved cuts are possible.
- Cutting holes and shapes: The plasma cutter cuts aluminium, steel and other metals. We also cut thick sheets up to 100 mm (10 cm) without any problem.
- Bending sheet metal into shape: The press brake bends the sheet exactly where it needs to be. The bending force is up to 120 tonnes.
- The finished part: One-off pieces, prototypes and small series. We also take on spontaneous orders.
Company owner
Eric Grosjean
Qualified polymechanic (EFZ)
The company owner, Eric Grosjean, is a trained polymechanic (EFZ) and worked at Gygi from 2014 until the end of 2022. On 1 January 2023 he founded his company Grosjean Technik and went into business for himself with his workshop, as a specialist in oil mist separators.
