2. Hosting and server logs
When you visit this website, the server processes technically necessary data (for example IP address, date and time, page requested). It is used for the secure operation of the website and is not used to identify individuals.
3. Contact forms
When you send a form (general enquiry or enquiry about an extraction solution), we store your details (name, email, phone and any other fields you fill in, message) in our database and forward them to us by email. We use them solely to answer your enquiry. Spam protection works without a captcha and without external services. If you attach photos or plans, we use them solely to process your enquiry. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 180 days.
4. Map
A Google Maps map (Google LLC, USA) may be shown on the “Contact” and “About us” pages. It is only loaded if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, switch on “External media” under “Settings”, or click “Always load the map” or “Just this once” on the map. Only then is data (for example your IP address) transmitted to Google and Google may set cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
5. YouTube videos
Videos from YouTube (Google LLC, USA) may be shown on the product pages (for example “APEX series”). They are only loaded when you click the preview image. Only then is data (for example your IP address) transmitted to YouTube/Google and cookies may be set. We embed the videos via the privacy-friendly address youtube-nocookie.com. The “Disc separation” video is hosted by ourselves and does not transmit any data to third parties.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics or advertising tools and does not set any tracking cookies itself. In the cookie banner you can choose “Accept all” or “Necessary only”, or set individual categories under “Settings”: “Necessary” (always active), “Statistics” (not used on this website and therefore switched off) and “External media” (Google Maps, YouTube). Apart from what is necessary, nothing is preselected. In your browser we store technically necessary information: your choice in the cookie banner (local storage, with version and date; it is valid for 12 months, after which we ask again) and a marker that the logo intro has already been shown (for the duration of the visit only). For the protected administration area, a technically necessary cookie is set after login. External content (Google Maps, YouTube videos) is only loaded with your consent or after your click. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
7. Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary for processing them and for the business relationship, or as long as retention obligations apply.
8. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) you have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your personal data and to object to its processing. Write to us about this at the email address given above.
